<li><span style="color: #990000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">ambil 2-3 potong ayam, masukkan dalam wadah berisi tepung, aduk-aduk selama 2-3 menit agar ayam tersalut tepung seluruhnya.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #990000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">kibas-kibaskan ayam dari tepung lalu celupkan potongan ayam kedalam adonan pencelup, bolak-balik hingga rata.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #990000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">masukkan kembali potongan ayam kedalam tepung, aduk-aduk selama 4-5 menit agar tepung yang menempel cukup banyak (tapi jangan diremas-remas ya karena akan membuat tepung menjadi keras.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #351c75; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Taburi potongan nugget dengan terigu hingga rata. Celupkan dalam adonan pencelup dan terakhir lapisi dengan tepung roti sambil sedikit ditekan agar menempel sempurna.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #351c75; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Tata potongan nugget di atas loyang atau nampan, beri jarak secukupnya lalu bekukan dalam freezer.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #351c75; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Setelah beku, nugget dapat langsung digoreng atau disimpan dalam wadah tertutup dan disimpan dalam freezer untuk stock.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Panaskan kukusan dan bungkus tutupnya dengan serbet agar uap air tidak menetes kembali ke kue.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Kocok bahan A hingga kental dan mengembang.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Masukkan bahan B sedikit demi sedikit sambil tetap dikocok dengan kecepatan rendah. Tambahkan bahan C, kocok hingga rata.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Bagi adonan menjadi 6 bagian kedalam mangkok-mangkok kecil. Masing-masing beri beberapa tetes pewarna makanan. Aduk rata.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Tuang adonan ungu, ratakan. Kukus selama 6 menit.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Tambahkan adonan biru, ratakan dan kukus kembali 6 menit. Lakukan seterusnya dengan adonan warna hijau, kuning, orange dan merah. Terakhir kukus selama 15 menit hingga matang. Lakukan tes tusuk jika perlu.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #660000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Tuangi air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni. Terakhir masukkan keju, dan uleni hingga rata. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: #660000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Tutup adonan dengan plastik dan diamkan selama 15-20 menit dalam suhu ruangan.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #660000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ambil adonan, tipiskan dengan bantuan gilingan mie. Tipiskan adonan hingga menjadi pita pipih yang panjang dengan lebar sekitar 3 cm.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #660000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Lilitkan adonan pada pisang hingga tertutup seluruhnya. Lakukan seterusnya hingga adonan habis.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #660000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Goreng molen dalam minyak panas yang banyak hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #660000; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Setelah tercampur rata, tambahkan tapioka sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan cukup mudah untuk dibulatkan tapi masih lembek. Lumuri tangan dengan tepung tapioka agar tidak lengket.</span></li>
